LUX-TRADER Cancellation Policy

Your LUX subscription may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation applies to future billing periods only and does not generate refunds for previously paid periods.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

 

To cancel, log into your LUX member account and follow these steps:

 

1. Go to My Subscriptions

2. Select your active LUX plan

3. Click Cancel Plan

 

Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you cancel before your billing cycle starts (for example, during the challenge phase), no fees will be charged.

 

2. Important Notes About Cancellation

 

By cancelling your plan, you acknowledge:

 

• Your upfront fee is non-refundable (as stated in the Refund Policy)

• Your current billing period will not be refunded

• You will not be billed again after cancellation

• Subscription fees only begin after:

   

  • The system passes evaluation

  • LIVE funded capital is deployed

  • Monthly performance exceeds 2%

• If you cancel during the challenge phase, your account simply exits the program and no monthly charges will occur

• Access to LUX systems, dashboards, reporting, and funded-account participation ends when your billing cycle expires

• Cancellation does not guarantee payout eligibility for the month

• Challenge-related fees covered by LUX are not refundable or transferable

 

Cancellation only stops future billing — it does not reverse past access or participation.

4. Termination by LUX-TRADER

 

LUX may cancel or suspend your subscription if:

 

• Payments fail repeatedly

• You violate LUX agreements

• Fraud or misuse is detected

• A prop-firm dependency becomes unavailable

• System integrity or compliance requires it

 

You will be notified if such action is required.

 

5. No Guarantee of Payout After Cancellation

 

If you cancel your subscription:

 

• You will only receive payouts that were already approved before your cancellation date

• You will not be eligible for payouts generated after your subscription expires

• Participation in payout cycles requires an active, current subscription

• Cancelling during the evaluation phase forfeits any future participation (since no live capital was activated)

6. Price Changes and Early-Access Terms

 

Early-access pricing (first 10 clients) is locked only while your subscription remains active.

If you cancel and later rejoin, updated pricing will apply.

 

LUX reserves the right to adjust pricing for future subscribers once internal performance thresholds are met.
