LUX-TRADER Cancellation Policy

Your LUX subscription may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation applies to future billing periods only and does not generate refunds for previously paid periods.
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel, log into your LUX member account and follow these steps:

Go to My Subscriptions

Select your active LUX plan

Click Cancel Plan
Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Important Notes About Cancellation
By cancelling your plan, you acknowledge:

Your upfront fee is non-refundable (as stated in the Refund Policy)

Your current billing period will not be refunded

You will not be billed again after cancellation

Access to LUX systems, reporting, and benefits will end when the billing cycle expires

Cancellation does not guarantee payout eligibility for the month
Cancellation only stops future billing — it does not reverse past access.

4. Termination by LUX-TRADER
LUX may cancel or suspend your subscription if:

Payments fail repeatedly

You violate LUX agreements

Fraud or misuse is detected

A prop-firm dependency becomes unavailable
You will be notified if such action is required.
5. No Guarantee of Payout After Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription:

You will only receive payouts that were already approved before your cancellation date

You will not be eligible for payouts generated after your subscription expires
All payout participation is linked to an active subscription as required by the program structure.
