The upfront program fee covers:

System configuration

Agreement processing

Dashboard provisioning

Access to LUX tier benefits
Once you are granted access to any onboarding materials, dashboards, or tier benefits, the upfront program fee becomes non-refundable.
Before access is granted:
You may request a refund only if the onboarding process has not begun.
3. Monthly Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees provide ongoing access to:

Performance reporting

Customer support
-
Tier benefits
-
Internal update notifications
Monthly subscription fees are:
Non-refundable once a billing period begins
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation applies to future billing periods only.

4. Optional Service Continuity Extension (FCA-Safe Courtesy Feature)
In certain cases, LUX-TRADER may, at its sole discretion, provide a complimentary extension of the subscription period in months where no payout is generated.
This extension:

Is not guaranteed

Is not a refund
-
Is not performance-based
-
Does not imply any trading results

Does not constitute an investment guarantee
It is offered solely as a service courtesy, not a contractual obligation.
5. No Refunds Based on Performance or Results
LUX-TRADER does not provide:

Investment services
-
Financial advice
-
Capital guarantees
-
Promised returns
-
Risk-free trading
-
Assured payout amounts
Therefore, refunds cannot be issued for:

Profits below expectations
-
Missed payout cycles
-
Drawdown or system inactivity
-
Prop firm rule enforcement
-
Delays caused by market conditions
Your subscription is for access to digital systems, not a guarantee of any financial outcome.
6. Failed Payments & Payment Disputes
If a payment fails:

Access may be suspended until payment is resolved
-
Automatic retry attempts may occur via Stripe, PayPal, or Wix
If you incorrectly dispute a valid payment (“chargeback”), LUX may:

Suspend your subscription
-
Freeze payout access
-
Recover processing fees
-
Require settlement before reinstating access
Chargebacks for services already delivered are considered improper under UK consumer law.
7. Eligibility for Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only if:
✔ A duplicate payment was made
✔ A payment processor error occurred
✔ Access was never delivered due to a technical failure on our side
Refunds cannot be issued for:
✘ Change of mind
✘ Choosing not to use the service
✘ Delayed onboarding due to missing information
✘ Performance of trading systems
✘ Prop firm decisions outside LUX’s control
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
8. Digital Services Acknowledgement
By subscribing to LUX-TRADER, you acknowledge that:

LUX provides digital access services
-
Access begins immediately upon activation
-
Digital services are generally non-refundable once delivered under UK consumer law
This must be accepted during checkout and in the Participation Agreement.
