1. Purpose of This Overview
The Service Level Overview explains what Subscribers receive each month with an active LUX subscription.
It is not a legal agreement, and does not modify or replace any official LUX policy.
2. What Your Subscription Includes
A. Dashboard Access
Active subscribers receive access to LUX’s digital dashboard, including:

Tier-specific performance summaries

Allocation status updates
-
Payout eligibility information
-
System behaviour notes and monthly logs
B. Reporting
Depending on your tier, you will receive:

Monthly or weekly performance reporting

Breakdown of relevant metrics and results
-
Updates on payout windows and processing stages

Notifications regarding market conditions or strategy behaviour
C. Allocation Participation Benefits
Your tier includes:

A fixed payout-share percentage

Participation only when LUX receives a verified payout from the prop firm

Transparent calculation and distribution of eligible amounts

D. Customer Support
Email support is available for:

3. What Your Subscription Does Not Include
Your LUX subscription does not provide:

Investment services
-
Financial advice
-
Capital management
-
Guaranteed payouts or performance

Ownership of funded accounts

Rights to influence trading decisions

Access to LUX’s algorithms or proprietary strategy logic
Your subscription grants digital access and participation features only.
4. Subscription Timing & Activation
Subscription billing begins only when your funded account is activated, which requires:

Successful internal challenge stages
-
Performance above LUX’s activation threshold
Once activated:

Subscription fees are charged monthly
-
Fees continue for the contract term unless early termination applies

Fees are not refunded for months already started
-
Fees are not dependent on payout performance
If activation has not occurred:

Subscription billing does not begin
-
You are not charged monthly fees
5. Service Availability
LUX-TRADER aims to maintain reliable digital services, however:

Uptime is not guaranteed
-
Market conditions may influence reporting or system behaviour
-
Prop-firm decisions may affect access, allocations, or payouts
-
Temporary pauses may occur for maintenance or prop-firm rule updates
Subscribers will be notified of any major disruption.
