1. Purpose of This Risk Disclosure

 

This Risk Disclosure Statement (“Statement”) explains the risks, uncertainties, and limitations associated with participating in the LUX-TRADER program.

It is intended to ensure transparency, protect you from misunderstanding, and confirm that you fully understand the nature of the service you are accessing.

 

Access to all LUX-TRADER systems, accounts, tools, dashboards, and participation features is governed by the Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure Statement, Allocation Participation Agreement, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). By participating, the user acknowledges and accepts that these policies apply collectively and may be updated periodically on the official LUX-TRADER website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the most current version of all policies.

This document is not optional — it must be reviewed and acknowledged before joining any LUX tier.​​

2. Not a Financial Service or Investment Product

 

LUX-TRADER is not:

 

• A financial advisory service

• A trading education provider

• A fund manager

• An investment platform

• A brokerage service

• A regulated financial product

 

LUX-TRADER does not trade or manage customer funds.

All trading occurs exclusively on LUX-owned proprietary trading accounts paid for and controlled by LUX.

Your subscription is for digital access, reporting, and participation, not an investment.

Participation in the challenge or evaluation phase does not guarantee passing, live activation, or payout eligibility.

3. Trading Risk

 

Financial trading involves risk.

 

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that:

 

• Trading outcomes vary

• No trading system is guaranteed to generate profit

• Market conditions can change rapidly

• Automated strategies may behave differently during volatility

• Technical issues may disrupt trading or reporting

• Prop firms may adjust or terminate accounts

 

There is no guarantee of consistent returns or any minimum payout.

3A. Challenge/Evaluation Phase Risk (NEW)

 

Before accessing live funded accounts, LUX may operate your participation through a challenge or evaluation phase provided by external prop firms.

 

You acknowledge that:

 

• Passing the challenge is not guaranteed

• This phase may take longer than estimated

• Prop firms may reset or terminate evaluation accounts at any time

• Billing does not begin during this phase

• A challenge failure may delay or prevent activation of your membership benefits

• Extended challenge time does not qualify for refunds or compensation

 

This phase is a normal requirement of prop-firm participation and is outside of LUX’s control.

 

4. Risk of Zero Payouts

 

You understand and agree that:

 

• Some months may generate no payout

• Prop firms may deny or delay payouts

• Performance can decline unexpectedly

• Profit share amounts may vary

• Prop firms may change rules, affecting results

 

LUX-TRADER is not responsible for payout decisions made by prop firms.

5. Prop-Firm Dependency & External Risk

 

All performance and payouts depend on third-party prop-firm providers.

 

These firms may:

 

• Modify trading rules

• Introduce new restrictions

• Delay withdrawals

• Terminate funded accounts

• Experience operational issues

• Close or change their business model

 

LUX-TRADER cannot control or influence these external decisions.

Different prop firms may enforce different rules, and LUX may use multiple providers at its discretion.

 

You acknowledge that your participation benefits are linked to prop-firm policies, which may change at any time.

During the challenge or evaluation phase, payouts are not possible. Some participants may complete this phase quickly, while others may require resets, delays, or additional time. Billing does not begin until a live funded account is activated and the system generates at least 2% performance, but there is no guarantee that these conditions will ever be met.

6. No Guaranteed Continuity

 

There is no guarantee of:

 

• Continuous access to funded accounts

• Scaling of allocation

• Recurring payouts

• Ongoing performance stability

• Uninterrupted system availability

 

Systems, markets, and prop-firm rules evolve — and outcomes may change.

7. Digital Service, Not Performance Guarantee

 

Your fee provides access to:

 

• Digital dashboards

• Reporting

• LUX-operated systems

• Subscription benefits

• Participation features within your tier

 

Your fee does not purchase any of the following:

 

• Financial advice

• A promise of financial gain

• A guaranteed percentage payout

• A guaranteed monthly profit

• A return on investment

• Risk-free income

 

No statements made on the website, in messages, or by staff shall be interpreted as a guarantee.

Your subscription begins only after the live funded account is activated and system performance exceeds 2% for that billing cycle. This structure does not imply that performance will continue at the same level or that future billing cycles will generate payouts.

8. Automation & Technical Risk

 

Automation introduces additional risks, including:

 

• Delays in execution

• Strategy adjustments

• Connectivity issues

• Server downtime

• Data-feed interruptions

• Hosting or VPS instability

• Software updates or outages

 

LUX-TRADER does not guarantee system uptime.

Some elements of analysis, reporting, or automation may involve third-party AI systems. These systems may introduce additional unpredictability in interpretation or timing.

9. No Client-Controlled Trading

 

You acknowledge that:

 

• You do not trade the accounts

• You do not choose positions, strategy, or risk levels

• You do not influence trading behaviour

• You do not provide capital for trading

 

All trading decisions are made solely by LUX-TRADER systems and operators.

10. Risk of Account Termination

 

Prop firms may terminate or reset accounts due to:

 

• Market volatility

• Spread spikes

• Slippage

• Slower execution

• Dashboard delays

• Failure to meet firm rules

• Rule changes

• Platform/platform-provider outages

 

Account termination automatically means payouts may stop or be reduced.

Evaluation or challenge accounts may fail before activation, be reset by the provider, or require reattempts. These events are part of normal prop-firm operations and not controlled by LUX.

11. Performance Variability

 

By signing, you acknowledge that performance:

 

• Is not stable

• Can fluctuate significantly

• May be affected by global events

• Can be positive or negative

• Can be unpredictable

• Can generate zero net output

 

There are no guarantees of consistency.

Even within a 24- or 36-month fixed-term membership, performance may fluctuate dramatically or decline for extended periods. Long-term membership does not imply long-term profitability.

12. No Liability for Loss or Missed Earnings

 

LUX-TRADER is not responsible for:

 

• Loss of expected earnings

• Missed payouts

• Lower-than-expected performance

• Delayed payouts

• Third-party trading platform issues

• Prop-firm refusal to process withdrawals

• Market events or volatility

 

This is a digital access program, not an investment service.

If you are part of a discounted or early-access pricing group, cancelling or modifying your subscription may void your pricing eligibility. LUX is not responsible for differences in pricing between user groups.

 

13. Your Acknowledgements

 

By participating in the LUX-TRADER program, you confirm that:

 

• You fully understand the risks

• You accept that payouts may vary and may be zero

• You accept that no profits are guaranteed

• You do not interpret any communication as financial advice

• You are joining voluntarily

• You are aware that all trading is performed by LUX, not you

By joining LUX-TRADER, you acknowledge that:

 

Trading carries risk and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Your subscription grants you access to digital services, participation features, and reporting — not a promise of financial gain.
